Start with the event space and the real flow of the day
The venue is more than a rental address. Ask which ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, portrait, and weather backup spaces are included, how guests move between them, and how long the contracted event lasts.
Longan’s Place brings the pond side waterfall ceremony setting, garden portrait areas, covered open air reception pavilion, and indoor air conditioned barn for dancing together on one property. Standard full weddings include five hours of event time. The team confirms the appropriate layout and weather plan for the guest count rather than promising one setup for every celebration.

Read the exact package tier, not a general inclusion list
Longan’s full wedding estimate begins with venue rental for the selected day plus a per person package. Current venue rental is $5,500 Monday through Thursday, $6,500 Sunday, $7,000 Friday, and $7,500 Saturday. The four package levels are $55, $65, $75, and $85 per guest. An 18% service charge and 7% Florida sales tax are then added.
The $85 Signature All Inclusive package is the fullest tier. Lower tiers do not include every Signature service. Depending on the selected package, written inclusions can cover catering, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, planning or coordination, DJ and lighting services, cake, reception centerpieces, bartending support, staffing, setup, and cleanup. Full wedding estimates combine the event day rental with the selected per person tier.
Current full wedding package levels are $55, $65, $75, and $85 per guest.
Inclusions increase by tier and should be confirmed in the proposal.

Know what remains separate in every Longan’s package
Alcohol, photography or videography, an officiant, personal flowers, and ceremony area decorations are not included in any Longan’s Place package. Personal flowers include bouquets, boutonnieres, and cake flowers. Reception centerpieces are included only where the selected package says so, and premium blooms may require a separate choice or upgrade.
Clients may bring their own alcohol. Longan’s provides professional bartenders, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar setup and service under the current policy, with no corkage fee. Alcohol free events still use the venue’s bartenders for water, soft drinks, juices, mixers, ice, and beverage station service.

Separate beautiful details from automatic promises
Gallery photographs show what real celebrations can look like, not a guarantee that every pictured flower, candle, chair style, or design element belongs to every package. Ask the team to match each desired detail to the selected tier, an approved upgrade, or an outside vendor responsibility.
This is especially important for floral designs. Longan’s packages may include reception centerpieces at certain tiers, while personal flowers, ceremony decorations, and premium blooms remain separate. Keeping those categories clear protects the design plan and the budget.

A fair comparison uses the same date, guest count, event length, meal format, and service expectations for every venue. Compare the completed event total rather than one rental fee against another venue’s fuller proposal.

Longan’s offers Ceremony Only, Petite and Micro Weddings, and full weddings for celebrations up to 180 guests. Each option has its own eligible days, guest range, timing, pricing, and inclusions. The public calendar is a first look at wedding date availability, not a reservation.
