Longan’s Place welcomes quinceañeras for up to 180 guests, depending on the layout and event needs. Published wedding packages and wedding rental prices should not be treated as quinceañera pricing. Each family receives a custom written proposal based on the date, guest count, menu, timing, layout, and requested services.
Review what is included, which vendors the family will bring, when setup can begin, and how the weather plan affects the layout. A proposal does not reserve the date, and online availability should be confirmed with the team before booking.

Venue features that sound similar can look very different in photographs. At Longan’s Place, the pond side waterfall and garden setting are separate from the large tiered portrait fountain. A private tour lets the family see both, discuss the best route for the court and relatives, and imagine the celebration at the right time of day.
