Budget Guide

How Much Does a Miami Wedding Cost in 2026?

There is no honest single average for every Miami wedding. A useful budget starts with a date, guest count, package, required fees, and the services still outside the contract.

Miami wedding totals vary too widely for one average to guide a real decision. A 20-person weekday celebration and a 150-person Saturday wedding do not share the same math. Even two venues with similar starting prices may include completely different services.

This guide uses Longan’s current published pricing to show how to build the venue-and-package portion of a budget. It does not pretend that number is the complete wedding cost. Photography, video, alcohol, an officiant, personal flowers, and ceremony-area decorations still need their own lines.

A useful wedding estimate names the date, guest count, package, fees, and exclusions. A starting price alone cannot do that.

01

Start with the Longan’s pricing formula

For a full wedding, add the venue rental for the chosen day to the selected per-person package. Then add the 18% service charge and 7% Florida sales tax. The public package page lists the current components so couples can check the math before requesting a proposal.

Costs that need a separate line

Longan’s packages do not include alcohol, photography or video, an officiant, personal flowers such as bouquets and boutonnieres, or ceremony-area decorations. Couples bring their own alcohol; Longan’s provides bartenders, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar setup and service without a corkage fee.

Package inclusions beyond those exclusions vary by tier. For example, the $85 Signature All-Inclusive package contains more services than the $55 Venue + Basics package. Use the written proposal to see what is included for the exact selection.

Small-wedding prices work differently

Ceremony Only is $2,800 for 2 to 50 guests. The Petite Wedding package is $5,750 for up to 20 guests and four hours, while the Micro Wedding package is $8,500 for 10 to 40 guests and five hours. Petite and Micro are offered Monday through Thursday on available dates, and all prices add the 18% service charge and 7% sales tax.

Those options are not interchangeable with a full wedding estimate. Compare the event length, day restrictions, guest limits, and written inclusions before choosing by price alone.
